Greetings Elmhurst Families,

We have had an exciting start to the school year. Highlights include:

In mid-August, incoming kindergartners participated in Kindergarten Camp. Kindergarten Camp allows incoming kindergarteners to spend time at Elmhurst, meet their teachers, and learn expectations.

Over 200 students attended the Meet and Greet on August 24th. The Meet and Greet provided students with an opportunity to meet their teacher.

Elmhurst has been celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. We honor the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latino Americans as we celebrate heritage rooted in all Latin American countries. During our daily announcements, our school learned new Spanish phrases from staff and students at Elmhurst.

Finally, we are looking forward to connecting with families during Student Led Conferences, which will begin on October 10th.
